After reviewing the order, we found that the Shiftlock was delivered approximately one week after purchase. Regarding the peg end coming loose, the retaining bolt may need to be tightened, as that is what secures the peg assembly in place. If the bolt is not fully tightened, movement during transport can cause the peg to loosen.
