Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets both of the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in original condition
  

• You received the incorrect item from the one you purchased

IMPORTANT:

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.

please do not submit any chargebacks or open a claim on your order with your Bank/Credit Card Company. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund, and hurts our business entirely. If you were considering canceling or requesting a refund, please email us at mxwraps13@gmail.com And we will assist you the best we can, which is fastest for you and us.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  

• All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Order Cancellations:

• If your order has not shipped, but you want to cancel, email us at mxwraps13@gmail.com
  
• All cancelation of Only Pre-order items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Chargebacks:

• • Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of outcome. MXwraps.us reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment.
