Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets both of the following conditions:

The product is unused and in original condition

You received the incorrect item from the one you purchased
IMPORTANT:
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.
please do not submit any chargebacks or open a claim on your order with your Bank/Credit Card Company. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund, and hurts our business entirely. Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of outcome. MXwraps.us reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment.
- Please do not charge back or file a dispute with your bank/credit card company, if you simply email us we will be able to cancel/return/refund your order
