1. Test-fit each guard: Position the guards against the frame before applying any tape.
2. Clean the frame: Remove dirt, oil, and residue from every adhesion area.
3. Allow the frame to dry: Adhesive should only be applied to a completely clean and dry surface.
4. Apply the included tape: Place the double-sided adhesive securely along the designated contact areas.
5. Position the guards: Carefully align each guard before pressing it against the frame.
6. Press firmly: Apply even pressure across the guards to establish a strong bond.

Both colors can be used as the starting point for a completely custom finish. Paint the guards separately from the bike so you can control the preparation, color, finish, and curing process without risking overspray on your Talaria.

1. Test-fit first: Confirm fitment before sanding or painting.
2. Lightly scuff: Use 600–800 grit sandpaper or a fine gray scuff pad.
3. Clean thoroughly: Remove dust, oil, and fingerprints with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
4. Apply adhesion promoter: Use a plastic-compatible adhesion promoter according to its instructions.
5. Apply your color: Spray multiple light, even coats instead of one heavy coat.
6. Add clear coat: Apply a compatible clear coat if additional gloss and protection are desired.
7. Allow full curing: Wait at least 48–72 hours or follow the paint manufacturer’s full curing period.
8. Install after curing: Apply the included adhesive tape only after the finish has completely cured.
