IMPORTANT SUPPORT UPDATE

We are currently in the process of building and launching a significantly upgraded customer support and escalation system for MXwraps.

This new system will allow customers to submit detailed support requests through a structured contact form where you can specifically identify:

  • Your product

  • Your order issue

  • Tracking/update requests

  • Return or cancellation requests

  • Warranty concerns

  • Affiliate/sponsorship questions

  • General product questions

This system is being built to dramatically improve communication speed, organization, and overall customer support accuracy.

During this temporary transition period, ALL customer support inquiries for ALL products and orders must be sent directly to:

Incomplete support requests may experience delayed response times.

SUPPORT RESPONSE TIMES

Our support team currently responds:

  • Monday through Friday ONLY

  • Average response time: 24–48 business hours

Please note:

  • Weekends are not considered active support days

  • Sending multiple emails before a response may delay processing

  • Many products sold on MXwraps are custom-built, hand-wired, made-to-order, coated, or supplied through specialized manufacturing partners, which can result in production lead times
