MXwraps 30K Follower Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The MXwraps 30K Follower Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by MXwraps (“Sponsor”), a privately owned ecommerce brand. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of MXwraps are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on January 29, 2026 at 12:30 PM (EST) and ends on February 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase-Based Entry

Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent on https://www.mxwraps.us during the Giveaway Period.

  • Entries are calculated automatically based on the order subtotal before taxes and shipping

  • There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn

  • Cancelled, refunded, or chargeback-flagged orders will void all associated entries

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Ultra Bee Brake Kit for the winner’s bike of choice

  • This brake kit includes the pre-bled hand brake system, aluminum bracket, rotor guard, and rotor

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $395+ USD

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion in the event of product unavailability.

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize acceptance.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

The winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants MXwraps permission to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MXwraps, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

MXwraps is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical issues, website outages, or payment processor errors

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or manufacturers

10. Fraud & Abuse

MXwraps reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Manipulation of entries

  • Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes

All decisions by Sponsor are final.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which MXwraps is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
