Welcome to the MXwraps 20,000 Follower Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to any customer whom purchases an item from out website, MXwraps.us

2. Sponsor Information

This Giveaway is organized and sponsored by MXwraps, an independent ecommerce brand specializing in electric dirt bike parts and accessories.

3. How to Enter

Each $5 spent on any product from MXwraps.us during the Giveaway period equals one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

  • Example: $20 purchase = 4 entries.

  • Entries are automatically generated through completed orders placed on the MXwraps website.

  • Only completed, paid orders qualify. Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not count toward entries.

No purchase necessary entries are not available for this promotion.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 11/2/2025 and ends on 12/2/2025 (“Giveaway Period”). All qualifying purchases must be made within this timeframe to count toward entries.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive any single part available on MXwraps.us valued at up to $1,000 USD of their choice.

  • The chosen item must be in stock and available for sale at the time of selection.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

  • If the chosen item exceeds $1,000, the winner may pay the difference to receive it.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Giveaway Period ends.

  • The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently by MXwraps.

  • The winner will be notified via email or direct message through the contact information provided during checkout.

  • The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants MXwraps permission to use their first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes (including social media, marketing, and website announcements) without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

  • MXwraps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway at any time if technical or operational issues arise.

  • All entries become the property of MXwraps and will not be returned.

  • Fraudulent activity or tampering with the entry process may result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree that MXwraps, its affiliates, and employees are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of East Amherst, New York
