Phone Scam Alert — MXwraps Does Not Call Customers

Official MXwraps customer notice · November 6, 2026

MXwraps does not call customers.

We contact customers by email only. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from MXwraps, it is not an official call from our company.

Hang up immediately. Disregard the caller’s claims. Block the number if available.

These calls are not from MXwraps.

We have received reports of people calling customers, claiming to represent MXwraps and making abusive, harassing or prank calls. MXwraps does not prank call customers. We do not authorize these calls, and the callers do not speak for our company or act on our behalf.

Treat a call claiming to be MXwraps as an impersonation or scam attempt. Do not follow the caller’s instructions, send money or share personal information.

Knowing your name, order number, items or shipping details does not make a caller legitimate. Verify any claim about an order, cancellation, replacement or payment directly with our team by email.

What to do if you receive a call

  1. Hang up immediately. You do not need to answer questions, argue or stay on the line.
  2. Block the number if one is shown. If it says “No Caller ID,” do not answer repeat calls.
  3. Save the call details. Keep screenshots and any voicemail. Note the date, time, time zone, displayed number or “No Caller ID,” and what the caller claimed.
  4. Email us to report it. Include those details and your order number, if applicable. Please do not post your personal information in public comments.
