Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.

please do not submit any chargebacks or open a claim on your order with your Bank/Credit Card Company. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund, and hurts our business entirely.
